Hi there, my name is Yoshka and I'm an educator, youth specialist and the founder of Empower Youth Growth.

I've always been fascinated by how young people grow, especially when things don’t come easy. After years of teaching in the Netherlands and South Africa, I felt the need to support youth beyond the classroom, with the layers underneath: stress, motivation, emotion and identity.

Through advanced training and research in youth development, I’ve learned how to understand complex challenges, build strong connections, and design strategies that truly help. Now based in California, I work with teens and young adults navigating school, stress, and everything in between. Together, we build tools, habits, and confidence, step by step. This work is rooted in what I believe most: real connection, honest conversations, and small shifts that can change everything.
